Ordnance Factory Bhandara, under Munitions India Limited, Ministry of Defence, has invited offline applications for Tenure Based DBW (Danger Building Worker) posts in AOCP trade. The engagement will be on a contractual basis for one year, extendable up to four years. Eligible candidates can apply before 31 May 2025.

Post & Eligibility Details
Post Name: DBW (Danger Building Worker) – AOCP Trade Skill Level: Skilled Pay Scale: ₹19,900 + DA Tenure: 1 Year (Extendable up to 4 Years)
Essential Qualification:
- National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) from NCVT in AOCP Trade.
- Candidates trained in Ordnance Factories preferred.
- AOCP apprentices from Govt./Private orgs (with Govt. affiliation) also eligible.
Selection Process
- Merit List based on: NAC Marks (80%) Trade Test / Practical Test (20%)
- Trade Test will be conducted at Ordnance Factory Bhandara
- Document Verification required before test

Remuneration & Benefits
- ₹19,900 + DA (per month)
- Annual 3% Increment (based on performance)
- EPF, Bonus (as per Bonus Act)
