Post & Eligibility Details
Post Name: Tenure Based Danger Building Worker (DBW) Pay Scale: ₹19,900/- + DA (with applicable Risk, HRA, Night Shift allowances) Tenure: Initially 1 Year (Extendable up to 4 Years) Skill Level: Skilled (Non-Executive Grade)
Essential Qualification:
- NCVT Certificate (NAC/NTC) in AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant)
- Feeder Trades: IMCP, MMCP, LACP, PPO, Fitter General, Machinist, Turner, Sheet Metal Worker, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Boiler Attendant, Mechanic Industrial Electronics, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic
- Preference to Ex-Apprentices of Ordnance Factories
Training:
- 1-month in-house safety training for all candidates
- +2 months on-job training for non-Ordnance Factory apprentices
Selection Process
- Merit List based on: NAC/NCTVT Marks (80%) Trade Test / Practical Test (20%)
- Document Verification for shortlisted candidates
- Final Selection based on eligibility and merit

Remuneration & Benefits
